Jen Perry

Jen is an experienced and compassionate criminal defense attorney whose practice focuses on achieving the best possible outcome for each client. While she appreciates that each case is unique, she knows that zealous advocacy always starts with the same thing: compassionately listening to her client. She understands that trust is the cornerstone of any attorney-client relationship and takes great care to establish trust with each client through thoughtful and clear communication.

Over the course of her career, Jen has defended thousands of individuals facing charges ranging from simple misdemeanors to the most serious felonies, including sexual assault and first degree murder. Prior to joining the firm, Jen worked as a trial attorney for the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office where she spent nearly seven years tirelessly representing those charged in Adams County. She took over sixty cases to trial, winning many acquittals for her clients and securing positive outcomes for countless more.

While always eager to defend her clients’ constitutional rights in the courtroom, Jen recognizes that her clients’ needs may be best achieved through other means. To that end, Jen has favorably resolved many cases through creative plea negotiations, resulting in deferred judgements and even outright dismissals.
